Scottish Elections 2011 Hustings

MCS hosted a lively Hustings event on Wednesday 20th April at Masjid al Furqan Glasgow. The panel comprised of representtives from 3 of the main Political Parties and with MCS Convener Dr Salah Beltagui chairing the session. Party Representatives included Pauline McNeill of Scottish Labour, Sid Khan of SNP, Eileen Baxendale of Scottish Lib Dems and George Galloway of Coalition Against Cuts. the vent provided a unique opportunity for the Muslim Community to question Party representatives.
